I used (2) $20.00 Groupons provided by a friend to place an order for these obscenely expensive strawberries. Both coupons were applied to my order, until AFTER I clicked the Pay button to make up the difference on my credit card. Then, one of the $20 credits was removed from the paid bill. Shari's charged my card for BOTH the $20 AND the extra balance, twice. Both Goupons were voided in the process. Two calls to the support number for Shari's brought basically a "Sorry, we can't do anything..." So basically, this "gift" from my friend cost $65 for 6 strawberries. A call to the Groupon support number was not of any help either. I would !!** STRONGLY **!! suggest you avoid dealing with Shari's Berries and Groupon, unless you like being fleeced.

I had four orders of chocolate covered strawberries, three were delivered the day before valentine's day and the fourth, as if this review 2/20/2020, has yet to be delivered. They told me the 18th and they weren't delivered then the 20th, still not delivered. Doesn't make sense because one if the orders delivered on the 13th was in the same area as the one that hasn't been delivered. I'll never use shari's berries again. They suck!!

2nd year in a row of absolutely the worst strawberries. Last year they were so small. They sent new ones. Still small. My husband got them again this year. Sooo little I could put 2-3 in my mouth at once. One strip of pink icing on each one for decorations. He contacts them and they send more. Now even smaller. Now we're demanding our money back. I can make better ones myself. Lost our business for good.

your company is the absolute worst. i placed an order on 2/4 for a 2/14 delivery and it is now 2/18 and it is STILL not delivered and i cant get a human being from the United States on the phone as everytime i call, i get a loud call center in India that is ZERO help at all.

I placed an order on February 7 in the amount of $45.70 to be delivered on February 12th. The order did not arrived. I called and was told the order would be delivered on Saturday Feb 15. The order did not arrive. I called again and was told the order will now be be delivered Feb 18th. I requested a refund and was told it may take days to show up on my Paypal account. All of this is unacceptable. A little boy did not get his valentine from his Grandmother. You people should me ashamed of yourselves. This is not how a business is run.

So upset that I didn't read reviews before dealing with this company. I would have stayed away. Haven't received my product yet, but do not trust their claimed cancellation policy. It clearly means nothing. Tried to cancel an order before it shipped as my email confirmation claimed I could do, but surprise, surprise, they gave me some excuse as to why that cancellation policy didn't apply to my order at this time and they are considering orders shipped at the time they are completed. Umm, what? My order is considered shipped before it's shipped? Yeah, sounds legit. Will not be doing any further business with this company, regardless of how the product turns out to be. Received my order, didn't receive an email notifying me the product had shipped as stated, nor did I receive a delivered update upon delivery, also as stated. I'm seeing a pattern here of basically everything this company claims is complete BS and they stand behind not a single word. Wanted to add pics, but let's just say I didn't find the product I received to match the product advertised. Not sure why I was surprised. Was this worth $65. That's gonna be a huge no from me. I have an incredible local shop near me that can give me a better product for a fraction of this. Not worth the novelty imo. And in the end, not a very thoughtful gift. I was almost insulted to get it, and would never send it to someone I actually cared about
