Shari's BerriesReviews of berries.com

I didn't want to give them any stars but had to give one so I can write a review. Ordered the birthday berries for my daughter. With shipping this cost $89. They looked like they were run over by a car. Nothing like the picture in their advertisement. I have written twice expecting an apology and I have never received not even an, I'm sorry. Don't ever order from them ever.

I'm still trying to get the image out of my mind! I opened the box and I found BLACK ANTS EVERYWHERE! I Received them on Saturday, but wanted to wait until the next day to open, so I refrigerated the box. Only to find a box covered WITH BLACK ANTS! they were everywhere. I opened the box containing the berries and all the berries were covered with ants. OMG! my husband had to throw the entire thing out. I don't even think I will ever want a Strawberry again! As much as we were trying to make the best of Mothers' day given the Quarantine, but It just ruined my day. I couldn't even eat my take out meal. NO THANKYOU SHERRIES BERRIES! Never again.

I would give this company -5 stars if I could! The berries came late and ruined. This awful company called me back yesterday at 4:04am and this morning at 4:50am to discuss my mom's ruined mother's day gift, now I can't reach them at all. They tried to blame the pandemic, which is total BS, my mother-in-law got her berries just fine and she lives less than 5 miles from me. So instead of admitting fault this company tried to place blame. My suggestion is, DIP YOUR OWN BERRIES or buy them at Fred Meyer.

Do not order from them. !!!!! I understand with covid things are really different right now however the website should reflect that. I ordered sharis berries for my moms birthday on Monday I ordered them a week ahead of time the order never arrived when we called customer service it would be a two hour wait. We called the next day finally got somebody after an hour and a half and then got hung up on call back it was on for 45 minutes before someone answered and got hung up on again. We have disputed the charge this is unfortunate because this is what she loves the most and I could not even give her her present. If they were going to have difficulty fulfilling orders and they never should’ve taken my credit card, charged me and made it appear like the order went through. The website was business as usual and never once did it reflect that there could be issues with shipping this to me as a travesty in the business world let’s be transparent.

I wish I could comment on how the actual berries I ordered for my mother were, but they never got delivered. In fact, once I contacted customer service to find out what was going on, I found they hadn’t even been made yet. Then, the Shari’s Berries company went dark on me and discontinued contact. They wouldn’t issue a refund either. Thank goodness for credit card disputes. This company couldn’t pay me to do business with them again. Horrible!

Ordered for Mother’s Day they arrived days late with the ice pack melted and the strawberries spoiled!!! Been waiting on hold for 2 1/2 half hours still no answer

I made a mistake on my order and tried to rectify it. After two emails and a phone call to(what sounded like an oriental living in a chicken coop) them I was unable to cancel the order. It is due to deliver tomorrow. Anyone who orders from here is making a serious mistake

Ordered some chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered 1 day prior to Mothers day. This is conceivably my elderly mom last mothers day. The berries never showed until 2 days past delivered date. The were spoiled and uneatable. The company has yet to return my call
