I ordered strawberries for my wife for Valentines Day. The delivery was scheduled for Feb. 15th. The order never came and the website says the order is"In transit". I called the customer service number and spoke with Rhaeed. I'm not sure that is the correct spelling of her name. I could not hear her very well. There was so much noise on her side that I'm not sure she heard me. I think they are sending a replacement order to my wife and emailing me something to make up for the error. I've ordered these for my wife many times during our marriage. I've never had a problem with my order. If the replacement doesn't arrive by Monday, I will call them back and ask for a refund. I think calling in the morning would be better.

Wow I should have read these reviews prior to me purchasing from Shari’s Berries. It used to be a fantastic product until 1800 flowers purchased them. Do everyone a favor and either clean up the quality or close the doors what an embarrassment for the previous owner. Be warned stay away from this company.

Placed an order on 2-2-22 for 2-dozen strawberries to be delivered to our Grandkids on 2-14-22. They shipped them to the billing address (us) instead of the recipient's address and a day late. Never Again!

My boyfriend ordered me a dozen strawberries for Valentines day and I have to say I was disappointed. First of all the strawberries were old, mushy, and had a funky taste to them. Second, They looked like someone was playing catch with the box! The chocolate was all cracked and they were all messy. Last, I work from 4am-11am. He specified in the directions what time and what entrance the order needs to be delivered to and needless to say those instructions were not followed and disregarded. The strawberries arrived at 1PM so I was not able to enjoy them. Will make sure he never orders from this service again. For the money he spent I was expecting big, fresh strawberries and that was not the case. He could have gone to a local grocery store where they sold big beautiful chocolate covered strawberries for only 20$.

Worst company in the world don’t order from them

Ordered from this POS company on Feb 9th with and expected delivery date of the 14th. It's now 9:15 ET and no delivery. 25 minutes on the phone to finally get my money refunded. Never again!

I wish I can give them a zero. I place order on February 3 2022 to get deliver on February 14, 2022 and it havent been deliver yet and its 7:32 pm. i call About 4 time and still no update..

Order did not deliver on time. I guess I should have read reviews before I got suckered by this ragtag operation.
