I would rate ZERO if available. Order was supposed to go to a school. NEVER ARRIVED. VERY DISAPPOINTING on Valentine's Day

Lame..can’t believe I wasted $75 on tiny covered strawberries half dozen and small box of chocolates..what happened..remembered they were large strawberries..never again…so disappointed.

Ordered as a birthday surprise. Surprise! It wasnt delivered on time. Never again.

My husband ordered my chocolate covered strawberries 9 days ago. We received them yesterday and the chocolate was broken and strawberries way too soft. Company says they were stuck in shipment. So he just wasted $70. This will be the last time we use this company if they don’t refund. I truly hope company makes good on customer satisfaction because I love their products.

So disappointed. Ordered items in advance for delivery specifically because it was a birthday gift and item was not delivered as scheduled. I will never use Sherri’s again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to use them.

Worst experience ever do not use this company

I will never order from Shari's berries again. I ordered online at 9am for same day delivery. Welllll it never showed. Ok, it was not a special occasion, so $20 credit and promise to have it delivered next day. Was it delivered? NOPE!!!!! called and asked for a refund, got transfered to 3 people. Each time having to tell my story. Each time telling them I want a refund. Finally they said I would get a refund. We will see. They said 7 to 10 business days. Fingers crossed

I am extremely unsatisfied with your company. I placed an order for my sisters birthday. Every year I send her chocolate covered strawberries and usually use Edible Arrangements, they are perfect. This year I decided to try your company and I will never do that again. My order was late. I called the night of the delivery and the representative kept trying to sell me new products instead of trying to find me a solution. Not to mention a baby was screaming in the back ground so she kept pausing her sound which made her very choppy. My order arrived a day late and the box was soggy and sticky. When she opened it the ice back was melted and the chocolate on the strawberries look like they were melted and reformed also the strawberries were soggy. Minds you. I purchased a cake and strawberry combo… she only received the strawberries. We called to report and the 1st rep hung up on us. We called again and the rep couldn’t offer us much. We had to keep asking for a supervisor. Finally a supervisor got on the phone and was only able to offer us 50% off plus a $20 credit. I will never order from this company again and will never recommend. There was no proper solution. I am completely embarrassed with my order especially because it was for a birthday. I cannot rewind time and wish this day was perfect for my sister. I’m completely unsatisfied.
