Received 2 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries, for Mother's Day. Every berry coating was broken up/shattered. I tasted one that had a bit of coating on it, and it tasted fermented; several were a mushy mess. Outside of the boxes were sticky with dampness! Emailed the company right away, and kept getting the run around; email replies from 5 different "people", asking inane questions, after I provided all shipping info! They are irreputtable.

I ordered two orders, one for my Mother that showed up, the second for my wife that never came. I could have bought flowers at the store for $15-20 to match this just under $100 order and guess what? It would have actually been on time. What is so frustrating is I sensed there was going to be a problem as my wife's order never showed up in my account. Of course it did show up on my payment method... and Of course I got SMS verfications with order tracking #'s for both. I called this morning twice around 11am when they could have actually fixed this and made sure I was on the delivery que. Whenever you ask for a supervisor, "They're in meetings" always without fail. Seeing the countless other pissed off customerso on their facebook and all the reviews here I see clearly it is a HUGE mistake to put any trust in this company. The good thing is my credit card and/or PayPal will absolutely force a resolution and get my money back. Thank you Shari's Berries for ruining my surpise and gift for my wife's mother's day. I hope you had a horrible holiday as well. Tip for consumers: I would highly reccomend you avoid this company. Look at their facebook posts with the countless comments of people that are pissed, let down, receiving moldy berries, late orders, etc etc etc. I will never purchase your products and will make sure my friends and family know my experience, especially the ones that use you often.

I'm only giving them 1 star because I can't give a zero which would be more fitting. I paid an additional delivery fee to have flowers and chocolate strawberries delivered on Saturday before Mother's Day. When the delivery didn't show I called customer service. The representative was a bit difficult to understand but seemed helpful. She ordered a new delivery and guaranteed a morning delivery for the holiday. This also did not show up. I spent 40 minutes with another representative that was impossible to understand nor could he comprehend my dilemma. He stated a second delivery was not scheduled. He was unable to help me unable to provide a supervisors assistance and wasn't able to process a refund while I waited. I called another customer service representative who was also unhelpful and could only say that the order was canceled with a refund pending. No attempt to make it right at all. I will never order from them again. I could never have any confidence that they would complete the order.

I ordered a dozen berries for delivery to my mother for Mother’s Day. When my mother received them it looked like a bomb went off in the box. Totally ruined the experience for my mom. Will not order again. Company only offered a partial refund for a $60.00 order. Do not order you will be disappointed.

Do not order from these people customer service is a call center on the subcontinent, and they do not follow through or keep their word. I have email from their representative but they will not take any responsibility

they will not tell me what ingredients they use… they asked me for my order number—then told me that they don’t even know what the ingredients ARE—in their OWN STRAWBERRIES

OMG, as previous viewers said, I wish I had gone here prior to ordering. Late on shipment, I sent a email to get delivery confirmation, I was given phone number to call,spoke with a heavy accented person, and was advised shipment was on it's way. The berries arrived a day late, but not the ballons or card that I paid for. I have sent a email requesting information regarding the card and ballons. The berries looked horrible, compared to their pictures. Not sure how they taste, as this was a Mother's day gift to my daughter. Not again Shari's Berries

I was asked to go in on a gift of beautifully decorated chocolate covered strawberry ladybugs for a friend who really needed encouragement going through a very difficult situation. I gladly contributed. When she sent us a picture of what she received compared to what is pictured online, I was appalled to see the quality of workmanship for the outrageous price charged. My only consolation was that she really appreciated the gesture despite what they looked like. If I could, I would post pictures as proof. I am a very forgiving person but I can't forgive such shoddy craftsmanship and a product falsely promoted by a staged photo of beautifully decorated strawberries online to unsuspecting customers. Sadly, I will not recommend this company at all to anyone.
