So disappointed. Had these delivered for my birthday from my daughter. Came on my birthday melted so bad u pick up a strawberry and the chocolate just fell off. Sent replacement order that just came in and these were worse. I get these delivered every year and this happened last year too but I didn't tell my daughter because I didn't wsnt to hurt her feelings or have her get upset. Today I called customer service and the lady was extremely rude, this is the first time I have been treated so poorly bu customer service. I took pictures to send them because they were that bad. I just hope someone from Shari's Berries cares enough to look into this and they can contact me with any questions. The female was beyond rude. Last year I made excuses for them because it was so bad but 2 years 3 deliveries in a row is just not ok.

On June 6,2022, I ordered 6 strawberries from Shari's Berries. They were to be delivered by June 10,2022. On the scheduled delivery date, I received an email stating that the berries were close to the location and will be delivered by 8:00 PM on June 10,2022. After waiting all day, I received an email at 10 p.m. stating that the berries would not be delivered and would instead be sent on Monday, June 13,2022, several days later than I needed them. The fruit arrived on Monday. They were, however, destroyed. The ONE ice pack that had been placed over the berries had melted. The berries were melted and molded because the box they were in was wet. The berries arrived in this state; they were not outside but were delivered in the recipient's hands. Please do not place an order with this company! This business is a scam.

Terrible, got an ail the night before my delivery was supposed to arrive to notify me they were gonna be late. I ordered a week and a half in advance to make sure they arrived on her birthday and they messed it up.

Terrible, do not order from this company. Way late, understood, no notification of delivery. Package rotted on a stoop. Upon request for refund, they asked me to shop with them AGAIN!!! Without a REFUND!!!

I have ordered Shari's Berries for my mother for different holidays for years. This year in April for her birthday the berries arrived with the chocolate all broken and not quite fresh. Then for Mothers Day I ordered some for my daughter for her first mother's day at $98.88 and they were delivered damaged, all crumbled like someone threw them against a wall. The delivery person just left them on the step and didn't even let her know. I also ordered berries and cheesecake for my mother for Mothers Day at $80.23. I pay extra as a passport member for free shipping but if I want it delivered anywhere near the holiday date I have to pay extra on top of the passport membership, which I did. They were supposed to be delivered before the weekend. My mother waited around at her house all weekend and missed out on Mother's day breakfast and activities with her daughters and family to make sure she was home to receive the berries, which never arrived. They were finally delivered Monday after mothers day and left in the sun on the walkway. Again, the deliverer just left them and walked away so by the time my mother saw them the cheesecake and berries were dried out and rotten, not to mention 3 or so days late. After years as a loyal customer I will never do business with them again.

Writing reviews is not something I seldom do ever. However in this case I must say Sherris Berries needs a excellent review. Our daughter ordered for Mothers day Sherries Berries and We live in Scottsdale, Az. We found the order one day later by our front small gate(not locked)completely ruined. I called about poor delivery service and Sherries Berries to my surprise replaced the order which was just replace one week later. Thank you, customer service completed excellently.

I would give this company a zero but its wasn't an option.. I have done business with this company in the past and spent hundred's of dollars, my wife and I ordered Strawberries for our Anniversary. We received confirmation that he items would be delivered Saturday by 1:30 pm. Today is Tuesday and they still haven't been delivered. We spent over 100.00 dollars for this item and all Shari Berries did was give us a 20.00 discount on out next order. We will never order another item from this company

Paid the extra $31 for Sat or Sun delivery for Mother's Day. It is Monday night at 9:45 and still no berries.$147 gift that never showed. I talked to them again tonight, and they said they were just busy from the mother's day orders. They said they could deliver it on Tuesday. Seriously??? This is the second time this has happened to us. Her Birthday bowl/ berries finally came 2 days after her birthday even though they were ordered well in advance. She lives in Lady Lake Florida and the local distributer is obviously in way over their heads. I will be using Edible Arrangements from now on.
