The original order was NOT correct. Customer Service agents listened and took steps to correct the problem. This is one of the reasons we have continued to shop with the Passports companies.

The strawberries were fresh and so delicious. My only complaint which is not that big of a complaint is the chocolate was beginning to melt which is understandable since it comes from far away. Other than that I would definitely order again. This was a birthday gift and he fully enjoyed.

I placed my order for a friends birthday. I wasn't sure if it would get there on time but it did since she lives in a small town. She was utterly surprised. The strawberries were huge & delicious.

First time receiving a gift like this and it was wonderful.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was good. The Berries showed up in great shape. I would say the entire process was a positive experience. The only caveat I have is the price. After tax and delivery however the price of the Berries was just shy of 90$. For 7$plus per berry I want "Holy Smokes this is the best thing I have Ever Tasted!!!" Not, "these are ok." Will probably be one and done. Nothing wrong with the Product or the Service but the Price.... Whew. A Honda is a great solid car, but if you paid Ferrari Prices for it would it still be as good?

Good selection and good prices. My mother and aunt loved them.

I would give a zero star if I could. They absolutely ruined my Mother’s Day surprise from my husband by never sending my flowers ( after stating day after day they were coming ) and the strawberries sent were full of ants . ( again said they would send new ones never did )

I was greatly disappointed with the White roses included in the mixture for my Mom's Mother's Day arrangement as they were all brown and had to be removed immediately for fear of spreading the rot. She sent me pictures that I'd be happy to pass on. This hasn't happened before, but it was not an entirely good experience.
