I ordered the chocolate covered strawberries for my son’s anniversary instead of sending flowers. I know that they enjoyed them much more than the flowers. They told me that they were delicious, and it was a great dessert after their dinner.

shipment got held up. Strawberries were warm, and melted upon arrival.

Never received item. Shipment never delivered.

I order this one for me. I usually order as a gift. Everyone i have sent then tells me they were good! Now I can say yes the Quality is the best! I’m so glad I treated myself and can’t wait till I do it again for me. I love love love sherries berries! Ordering for my friends and family is the best present I could ever give!

I placed an order on May 5. It was supposed to be delivered on May 15. I contacted them on May 18 to report the non delivery. They immediately placed a second order. I immediately contacted the recipient and advised them this shipment was probably not edibles if it is ever delivered. It was delivered on the 20th. Melted and moldy. The second order arrived on the 21st. The berries were not a pretty white chocolate, rainbow delight. They were dark, and tasteless. Customer service offered to send a third try, but I am done. I asked for a full refund, which will take approximately 10 business days to process.

After a total fail for my Mother's Day orders for my daughter and daughter in law, (My daughter never got her order, daughter-in-laws was melted and hot)The company replaced the daughter-in laws berries and gave me a 20% off coupon so I could re-order for my daughter.

The fruit is always fresh. My granddaughter loves the strawberries and they are always so cute!!

This is the second time I pick a delivery date and the berries aren’t delivered on time. My order was to be delivered on Tuesday, but instead they were delivered on Wednesday. Thankfully this time they were still good. Love the product, but disappointed in the delivery.
