I’ve been a loyal customer of Berna Peci Jewelry for a couple years now. I’m currently on my 11th order & my experience with has been nothing short of awesome. The owner & staff are very sweet and helpful. Most times I’ve received my items within 3 or 4 days. I adore this company and their quality pieces. I will continue to purchase from them.

I’ve been buying from this brand for over 5 years now and it is honestly the only place I buy jewelry from. I still have all of my pieces from my first purchase and they’re still in good standing! my orders always arrive to me quickly and when I need help she always respond to my DM’s!

Some of the best jewelry I’ve ever used my entire life. Have been shopping from here for about five years now.The designs they come out with are just beautiful! They do a lot of sales from time to time which makes it even more worth it buying their products. Customer service is incredible they respond and fix your issue quickly. Will keep on shopping from BP JEWELRY for a very long time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! This "small business" caused me a headache. Sent me the wrong items, i returned them then lied to the bank and said I didn't! I had to threaten them, report them to the BBB and post on my story how awful they are to get a refund for an item THEY NEVER SENT ME!!! I placed this order on 1/31 and it is now 4/8 and I'm just now getting a refund. It's sad I had to do all this to get a refund from someone who messed up my order in the first place.

Hey Cori! Just replying back to your message, even though you were fully refunded from me personally the owner on Zelle unfortunately you were sent the wrong item and I was waiting to send you the correct one because you opened up a charge back with the bank which I was not able to refund you back and you know the mistake that you made there, but I personally ended up selling you the payment back just so you had everything ahead of time and everything has already been submitted. I hope that everything worked out for you. I just wanted to make sure that a response was submitted. Thank you again.

Never received my jewelry. Lied about the jewelry being delayed & then lied about giving me a refund. Don’t purchase from them since they seem to be fraudulent.

Hey babe, thank you so much for your feedback if you could provide your first and last name or an order number, I would love to continue on this, I’ve been running my business for eight years now I’ve never not once refunded someone back for money or contacted someone for anything like I said if there’s anything else that needs to be fixed, let me know. I’m here for that.

Purchased a Berna Peci bracelet in Naples while on vacation. It is a very pretty souvenir. Unfortunately, after I inspected it closely, I noticed a rhinestone was missing so I reached out to www bernapeci com for help. Did not receive a response to my emails. I was interested in purchasing additional pieces through their website but changed my mind. Customer Service is important! If they don't stand behind their jewelry then I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed! I ordered a watch back in May, since then I haven’t received it and when I reached out they said it couldn’t be delivered to that address, I sent them another address but since then the communication has been completely dead from their side. I have now tried three times to reach out with no reply. They have some nice pieces but don’t buy from them cus you won’t receive them anyways😔😔

do not care about their customers at all! sends you faulty items (which cost me a lot!!) and do not reply to emails or anything at all. They only care about influencers but not their actual customers, such a same. STAY AWAY!
