Berna Peci JewelryReviews of bernapeci.com

I literally love Berna. I have been getting my Jewerly from her for years & the quality is top tier. She has amazing customer service and if you happen to reach out to her, she will always respond & give any updates about your order if you have questions. The packaging is my favorite! I never throw my boxes away lol once you buy from Berna you will never shop anywhere else! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my Jewerly & people always ask where I get it from. Berna Peci!!!❤️

First off the packaging! It was amazing! I don't want to throw the packaging my goodies were in away! I travel often so I love the little baggies and stuff. The jewelry was so beautiful and honestly I was amazed! I'll recommending all my friends to shop here for jewelry! Just gorgeous and worth every penny!!!

I truly have never had customer service as good as her! My order was taking a while to ship out, so I asked about the status on it. She let me know three of my items were out of stock and took the time to send me alternatives through text. She also gave me an extra gift for the inconvenience. Once my products got here, the quality is amazing. They all feel sturdy and luxurious. She has me as a customer forever!

Berna Peci pieces are so unique and great quality! Additionally, their customer service team is super responsive and helpful if you ever need assistance with your order

She has the best stuff and always super helpful!!! Truly the best in her lane

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Bought item a month ago, they created a shipping number but havent shipped item. The shipping number was created a month ago with no progress. They take weeks to reply, and when they reply it’s seems they purposely don’t understand a perfectly clear email about the product never being shipped. DO NOT BUY I REPEAT! Use a different company I regret not listening to the reviews I read on here and on BBB! It’ll be a headache to ever get the product or money back!!!!

Customer service was incredible. I reached out through IG, and quick response! I was able to order a custom necklace as well as another beautiful gold lariat piece. I’m in awe at the quality! I will be ordering more soon!

Berna Peci has amazing customer service. I had an inquiry about my order and I was immediately contacted to get everything squared away. I absolutely love the pieces that I purchased. So much so that I made a second order the following week. Please give this small business grace and understanding. I promise the jewelry is worth it. Currently wearing my BP canary ring and it's a hit 😊 Thank you! Ty
