Hey Babe! I’ve been trying to look up your name in our system, but nothing’s coming up from recent orders. I’m not sure where the disconnect is happening. Just to keep you in the loop. We are still a small business and we try our best to get back to everyone within 48 hours as of currently. I’ll emails and Instagram DM’s have been answered so I’m not sure what year info is so I could further assist you. We never take longer than a month to ship out unless orders are custom, which are stated in the policy, but like I said, we’ve never not refunded someone if something is incorrect or anything like that so if we can further assist you with an order number or an email where I can Help you out I would definitely love to solve this. It’s very unfortunate that you’re calling my brand a scam after you were contacted back and refunded fully and then you wanted to still end up writing a hateful comment which is totally fine. I respect you as a client, but don’t put up false information on a brand when that’s totally not true you were fully refunded And accommodated. Hey Cori! Just replying back to your message, even though you were fully refunded from me personally the owner on Zelle unfortunately you were sent the wrong item and I was waiting to send you the correct one because you opened up a charge back with the bank which I was not able to refund you back and you know the mistake that you made there, but I personally ended up selling you the payment back just so you had everything ahead of time and everything has already been submitted. I hope that everything worked out for you. I just wanted to make sure that a response was submitted. Thank you again.
