Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy?We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale.That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Ben's makes the best bike polo equipment. Shipped and received fast!
We ordered 4 raw mallets and some connectors. These mallets are our favorites. 2 of the 4 have small 'dings' in them? Should be fine. THANKS BEN'S! Sacramento loves ya!

I had pUrchased two pairs of MKS pedals and had to return them, I had no problem with the return process my money was promptly refunded and I went on and purchased my two new MKS pedals. The delivery time was fast and well packaged I'm one happy camper. Best internet bike shop.
I've bought a bunch of things from this shop over the years. They always have a great selection of items I want. And they always have the best customer service. Every time I send them a question they answer me the same day and then give me tons of help and lead me to my purchase. Great customer service, great selection, easy to use website. Update: i also own two bike frames from them. This review stands 9 years later

Excellent customer service. They were out of a particular item I had ordered (not their fault, manufacture's problem) and they way they handled contacting me and the resolution they offered was so far above and beyond what I would have expected. They now have a loyal customer. Thanks Ben's!
