A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. I got my order quickly, and before it shipped, I got an e-mail saying one item was being shipped separately from a warehouse in California. I also got e-mails when my order shipped. Good price, and excellent service. I'd certainly order from Ben's again.

Everything was great. Shipping and tracking as expected. Fast processing. Only complaint is that I found the same part at performance for $30 (25%) cheaper. That being said, Ben's appears to be a legit longstanding bike shop in their community so I'm not too butt-hurt.

Wrong size part was sent. Email was sent regarding wrong part, no response, so I called. He "was just about to call", right. Return shipping was arranged (to their credit at their expense), two weeks went by after tracking number showed return delivery, no call verifying return, no refund, nothing. Had to email. Email was answered, "tracking number showed delivery but was not received, but we refunded anyway". Right. Almost everything in the ordering and return process was screwed up. Buyer beware.

We completely messed this up and are very sorry for everything. Even though we've been online for over 10 years; we take every order as a learning experience, whether good or bad. We try to continue what we do right and remedy the problems we've had so they don't happen in the future. We can only hope that you would let us make this up to you some how, some way. Sorry again.
