Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy?We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale.That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Excellent Service
We ordered a couple of hitch pins, which you had in stock. They were shipped promptly and were received before the estimated delivery date. The hitch pins are exactly what we needed, and the service, packing, and shipping were excellent.

Nitto lugged stem
Shipping was discounted as it was my first purchase, the Nitto stem was perfect and it arrived very quickly. Excellent communication, a great price, and reliable fast shipping - excellent work Ben's Cycle!!

Fast Shipping, Great Communication, Awesome Service
Ben's Cycle's is my go-to online retailer for everything that I can't find at my local bike shop. Great, timely communication--you don't have to worry about frivolous spam emails like all the other retailers--and fast shipping, too (go postal service!). They even gave me 10% discount after my first purchase. The guys/gals at Ben's are great!

Axle Bolts
Shipping was quick and easy, though there was one wrong sized bolt in order. Ben's Cycle was quick to respond to the issue and sent out a replacement immediately.

Nitto RB021 Track Bars
Purchased a second set of Nitto RB021 track bars in black to give my steelie a facelift. Received the wrong bars (Nitto RB019 in silver). Called customer service and the resolved the problem without question and sent the correct bars the same week. They also sent a 10% of next order coupon to make up for the inconvenience. I would shop Ben's cycles again.
