Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

The people in Ben's Cycle made everything easy. They answered any any questions I had and suggested the items that would work for my setup. On top of that I even got a discount voucher! Thanks to Matt I am now waiting for my precius new Nitto RB018 bullhorn bars to arrive, along with some extra blings! Thanks again for everything!

They had a product that was out of stock everywhere else, for a slightly better price. Checkout was easy, shipping was fast and well packaged. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I recived my order today (Shimano pedals/cleat covers) and am anxious to try out my new gear when I go to Las Terrenas, D.R., for a little R & R next month.

I was surprised to see how fast my order came in. I was informed of shipping all the way. I will do business with them again.

A simple order of a set of dust caps for BB bearings. One was defective. A simple email and photo sufficed to get a very quick and amicable response. The issue was confirmed and they direct ordered a replacement from the manufacturer (since they were currently out of stock). No hassle, no excuses - they just make it right. BTW, good prices and free shipping on the first order was quite welcome as well.

I've made a handful of purchases from Ben's in the last few years. Lately, I've gone to them for custom wheel builds. They have a great selection of quality parts at reasonable prices.
