I ordered a replacement rim (mavic open pro). The rim I was replacing was about 6-7 years old, and Mavic has changed the decal, but other than that, the current rim is the same. I searched multiple places on the internet until I found Ben's. They were the only shop that still showed the older decal (so I would still have a matched set). Unfortunately, I was sent the current version. It was sent quickly, and undamaged, and is almost exactly what I wanted. The difference is minimal, and I will still use it, but what they sent is not what the picture represented.

good prices, thorough website, easy checkout. overall im happy with the order. although, in my order i specified a right hand paul e-lever and actually recieved a left hand lever. i thought about doing a return but decided to just keep the left hand lever. its for a single speed and im left handed so i thought it would be interesting to give it a try. typically it frustrates me when i take the time to double and triple check my orders only to have the professionals get it wrong.

but handled well and fast and accurately. You don't have to be dropping k's to get great Customer Service.
