Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale.That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Shipping problem
Hi, I made a purchase of a chrome industries storm jacket with you the day, however, I have not arrived despite having cast the purchase on 10th of September, i checked my delivery status but it keeps coming in transit, I wonder when I will received it. Super easy, no problems.
I had a very simple order and it was completed and shipped to me very simply. I appreciated the many shipping preferences. I don't see any areas within my order that require improvement.

The company has several products to fix your problems. The website was tricky when it came to checkout. The product came fast and well packaged.

Ben's Cycle review:
Let me start off by saying that there are companies out there with a much bigger web presence. So why you ask should I recommend everyone purchase from Ben's? I have purchased small things from Ben's 7-8 years ago and never thought much about it, until 2 weeks ago when I needed a frame & fork and miscellaneous drive-train components...I had questions regarding shipping and received a response within a couple of minutes. Not only did they ship a frame & fork (entire order) in an expedient time frame, but they did so at no additional cost to me. There isn't any reason to purchase anywhere else when these people bend over backwards to get it right! As long as I'm still pedaling, I'll get everything I need at Ben's! I know this review sounds too good to be true, just take my word for it...thanks Drew! Safety Harbor, FL.
