The Benisouk rugs I received are absolutely GORGEOUS. Not only is the design amazing, the quality of the thickness and softness of the rugs are unmatched. The support is also incredible - they are super responsive (thanks Ghita!). Definitely will buy again

I have just received my beautiful…
I have just received my beautiful handmade rug. I just love it and it far exceeds my expectations :) The most beautiful soft wool woven into a fantastic skandi design and a big one! Which is exactly what i needed. I am so happy Thank you so much. It was slow to arrive in Australia due to corona virus. So well worth the wait though! 5 Stars
5 Stars! We love our beautiful, hand-crafted rug. We enjoyed tracking its shipment all the way from Morocco too. What a difference a hand-woven rug makes. We can feel the heart and soul of the craftsperson in the fibers and in the design. It is beautifully crafted and is the centerpiece of our office. We will treasure our beautiful rug for many years to come. Thank you!

Beautiful, authentic rugs
We learned about Benisouk from an Instagram ad so we had no previous experience. We had been looking for a new rug but had not seen so many beautiful and unique rugs as we did at Benisouk. We had a great purchase experience — shipping was fast and the packaging was careful and compact. Customer service followed up with us after. We would to purchase another rug here. The rug is authentic and beautiful beyond words.

Rug arrived 10 weeks late and the wool…
Rug arrived 10 weeks late and the wool in sections has gone bald in two places which we have now had to hide under the sofa. There were lots of orange dots on the wool which you could hardly see but still there. I asked to return the rug so it could be redone in these places but received radio silence. Am trying to escalate via PayPal CEO dept as sent pictures To the email on PayPal escalation and they said they would resolve But no response from them. My experience was absolutely awful and each time I look at the rug I cry. Was needing a further number of rugs in future for other rooms but will go elsewhere.
