I love our new rug
I love our new rug, it’s beautiful, the design and craftsmanship, of very high quality, and even really easy to clean. The delivery was quick and all in all a 5 star experience. Happy customer 🙏

Beautiful Rug, easy purchase!
We ordered an incredibly beautiful runner for our entryway. The colors match exactly to what we saw on the website and the rug is plush and soft yet sturdy for this higher traffic area.

(PART 3) Rugs were dirty, sticky, and smelled of urine!
If you're reading this, chances are you've already been screwed over in some capacity by the infamous BeniSouk! RUG CLEANING UPDATE: The deep cleaning of the rugs that I paid for worked to rid them of the horrid smell of urine and the sticky texture that plagued each rug. This cost me $650. One rug is still discolored in an area, but at least it doesn't smell like a herd of goats decided to use it as a toilet! The unfortunate silver lining one must draw when doing business with BeniSouk. Also, if you're reading this, it goes without saying that this company is as corrupt as it gets, especially in the way that they absolve themselves from any and all responsibility when it comes to the rugs that they are selling. P.S. They WILL remove your negative review as they have removed the last two of mine it seems :)

Poor quality and unreturnable
The rug we bought was really poor quality (didn't lie flat on the floor, corners not finished properly). I asked to return it. They said their courier charged £820 to return (rug was just under £1000). I found a quote of £125 to return but they said I'd have to pay the customs fee if I didn't use their courier. That is over £600, which they could claim back. Such poor service. Don't order as you'll not be able to return.
Response from benisouk.comNov 4, 2024
Hello Rob, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that international return shipping costs can be substantial, and we sincerely wish it were within our control to reduce them. These fees are set by external shipping and customs agencies, which makes them challenging to adjust. We work diligently to provide as much clarity as possible on shipping and return processes to ensure a smooth experience for our customers. Should you have further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to [email protected]. Warm regards, The Benisouk team

Great online rug purchase
The website was up to date with availability. There is a huge variety of rugs and other items to choose from, as well as advice and care instructions. The delivery was smooth and the item was just as described.
