Good customer service. At first the incorrect pillow in the wrong color was sent to me, but they worked quickly to send me the right color.

I ordered a readymade rug from the online store for a vacation home. Delivery took much longer than was promised (site says 3-5 business days; it was not even shipped until a week after the order, and was received 20 days after the order was placed) and so I was not able to open the rug until 18 days after delivery, as the rug was delivered when we were not at the vacation home. The rug is coarse, uneven, and the colors are garish. I sent an email to begin a return. There is no phone number, and customer service feels no need to respond in an appropriate time frame. After multiple emails over two days without a response, and trying to them through Instagram, I got a response that I was “outside the 14 day window” and they wouldn’t accept a return. I explained the circumstances with the longer than expected delivery and the house, but they wouldn’t budge. Over $1200 down the drain. And if they even accept your return, you are responsible for packing, shipping charges, AND a 10% “restocking fee”. High risk purchase, horrible product, and awful customer service. Stay away.

Stunning rug. No photo could do it justice, although the website is excellent. Prompt delivery and minimal packaging. Great service. Already planning more purchases!
