BendPakReviews of bendpak.com

very pleased with this product , had a little trouble with shipping

BendPak did deliver my four post lift on time and correctly. The only glitch was the very long time it took for the aluminum ramps I did ordered get to me, otherwise, the processes was just fine. Oh, the tech assistance was great thanks

I bought a 10000 lb 2 post and a 14000 lb 4 post alignment lift. Had trouble with motor on 2 post first week I used it. We were all backed up in the shop with this lift down. Called BendPak and they overnighted me another motor. No questions ask. Customer service was above and beyond what I expected. I read in other reviews service wasn’t that great. Well I have to say if you follow there return system is so simple. I have dealt with there service 2 times now and it has been so easy and smooth. Both lifts are rock solid. The 2 post is the extra wide extra tall model. If you are over 6 feet tall this is the lift for you. I am 6’ 4” and the extra tall design is the only way to go. I haven’t seen another lift made that will lift 75” to the bottom side of the lift arms. I looked at every lift that is made and BendPak is the highest lifting lift made.

A very useful product. My major complaint is with the action of the safety release lever. It requires a fair amount of effort and you have to extra careful to make sure both sides release when you are lowering the vehicle. I have it in my garage to service both family (and friends') cars and several race and track cars. Being able to stand under the car for maintenance is wonderful!

Have been waiting on replacement cylinders since February.

We worked with Natalie and she was great in the start of the process and then after that, she was terrible. Never replied to my emails or returned calls. When it came down to shipping the product, I had speicifically asked her to let me know when the lifts will be shipping out so that I can make sure someone can be at the house as this house is still in construction. Come to find out 3 days later the lifts had already shipped and it made the delivery experience horrible and a nightmare. Also, we were never told that we needed to have a lift on the site for the delivery to take the lifts off of the truck until the delivery driver told us. I can not rate the product as of yet, but hoping they are good as the service was not.

installer was fantastic
