I ordered a XPS-10AS and it arrived at the truck terminal promptly. Ordering and the initial arrive of the lift was within a week, very prompt. The quality of the lift appears to be good, I have no concerns with safety of the lift up to their rating of 10,000lbs. The instructions were to understand. The main problem is the drawings, they are obscure and give perspectives that have cutaways that are not mentioned. No mention of how to bleed the system or much information on the hydraulic pump. This was only a small problem, though. The Huge problem I have and the reason they only get two stars is support. Bendpak's support is some of the worst I have dealt with from a company. When we finished installing my lift we found that the hydraulic pump motor was only buzzing, would blow a 30 amp breaker and started smoking before it blew the breaker. Getting Bendpak support to respond is ridiculous. There appears to be no incentive for support representatives to do the right thing, they seemed bored and uninterested in helping me out. The problem with my pump unit is the stator in the motor is not perfectly round and during a 30 degree rotation of the rotor, the rotor contacts the stator causing the motor to stall. Poor quality control, all they had to do to test the motor was spin it by hand before installing it on the pump. It took Bendpak support 10 minutes to confirm the motor is bad and agree I needed a new pump unit sent. It then took them 4 days to get the "order" sent out and I have yet to receive a tracking number for the new pump unit. These units are available all over Amazon for $300.

I ordered a 4 post Bendpak lift from Summit Racing in August 2021. It is January 2022 and no word. I understand that there is a global pandemic going on but an email with some sort of status report would be nice.

The customer service threw bendpak was great. The issue that i have is the tire machine i recieved is no where near the quality i expected or was advertised it was supposed to be bale to mount up too 39 inch tires and it a chore to fit 33 inch tires with a 20 inch rim however it does work just not very well or efficient the whole set up with it overall seems cheap

Decided to replace several lifts in the shop. Went with two different 4 post Bendpak lifts, one was the XL. In less than 15 months, we have replaced multiple parts, including the jacks, due to seals leaking oil. We were told that the seals are now discontinued and that we must replace the entire cylinder. Also the lifts are now out of warranty. Since having the lifts installed, we have had several problems. I've had these lifts serviced more often than my 20 year old lifts. If I ever need to order new expensive equipment for the shop, I will choose another brand. The lift operations are fine, but very frustrated with the amount of time and money lost due to brand new lifts constantly needing service.

On your website It does not show that the product that I ordered was on back order. I was later emailed that there was no for sure shipping date but that it could possibly ship in a month. I had already canceled an order for this machine with another vendor for the same issue. If I would have known that i was not going to see this machine for over a month I would have searched elsewhere,

I purchased a new R980AT tire changer to replace my 10yr old atlas that I bought for less than half the price. It worked great for the first 8 tires, then the motor burnt up! Literally in flames! Called customer support, they were helpful - sent a new motor - said they've had problems with the windings in the poor quality motors that they've been using. It took over a week to get the new motor & I had to install it myself - no offer to reimburse me for the labor to put the new one in. Thank God I still had my old Atlas machine to use for that week when the new machine was broken or I would have lost a lot of tire jobs to some other shop. Hopefully this machine will last as long a my previous one did.

The lift is a great concept, but it doesnt seem to work for all vehicles. I installed this lift in my garage. I can’t raise my 2016 ram 1500. The platform inside width is too wide to contact the chassis on my truck. It seems like it will be great for my 82 vette and my 2017 audi A7.

Ordered on Monday and 8 days later still have not received. Last I checked still in California I think that is really slow!!!!
