Bendpak They have a variety of lifts There business strategy could use a 4 post 12000lb mid tier lift that will work both for trucks and cars or more so they have lifts from 7000 to 9000 lb Those lifts work great for cars and midsize trucks There next weight class jumps up to 14000lb which leaves a gap for the customer looking for a practical heavy duty 12000# lift that saves them money There 9000lb 4 post is to light and to short for a full size truck There 14000lb 4 post is more lift then you need as a home owner and is expensive to consider for home use I use to own 2 BendPak lifts. A 2 post 10000. 4 post 8000lb. Lost them both to a fire. I bought back a 4 post Amgo 12000lb lift it is extra wide and works great with both my cars / trucks at half the cost and just as robust as bendpak the extra 2000lb lift capacity is great when lifting heavy trucks. And price point was way less money then bendpak 14000lb lift Bendpak business strategy incorporates delivery charge in there lifts and if you have it delivered to a terminal it could cost you $700 more because they have home delivery cost factored in I would encourage to buy elsewhere you will save hundreds with delivery alone Do your home work buy from a lift company that dose not include delivery in the cost. …

Purchased four 6000 series lifts. All four had the same issue with the same motor mounting plate holes miss aligned with columns. Sent all repair info to them to have it addressed. They state they will respond within 4 business hours. It’s been two days and now I have to pay extra for the installers to come back and pay extra storage costs while I still wait for a response. Service is nonexistent when there is a problem. Pay first. Wait wait wait. Find out there’s a problem then wait wait and still waiting.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY the cable broke on my 2 car lift, the cars have been stuck midway for 2 months the service from this company is terrible no one responds i finally got the correct cable now i can;t get service i,m begging them for help nothing

Purchased a brand new Autostacker and it does not work. The company said I needed a 220 line. When the electrician installed a 220 line, he said it will not regardless because the electrical work inside the console was a fire hazard, and one section needed to be replaced. So attaching the console to the 220 line would be dangerous. The installer (outside contractor) is telling it also needs to be replaced but the company does not. The solution is I am stuck with a lift that does not work and tech support just keeps giving me the run around. Stay away.

Ordered a HD-9sw DOUBLE CAR LIFT 6/20/24 power unit failed immediately, leaving both vehicles stranded on the lift.. 2 power units have failed .. MY CARS ARE IN THE AIR! For over 4 weeks 0 stars ⭐️

Mid-lift product purchased: manual shows grease fittings on pivots but unit came with none. So how to you get grease to the high load areas? Customer service (CS) said apply lithium grease to the outside…absolutely insane. Prewiring on the raise button should be on the normally open contact but came on the normally closed so when power is applied the motor runs. It’s even shown on the NC contact in the manual…insane but correctable. Multiple CS contacts very unhelpful. Promised many times to get back, never did unless I called back. One reply highlighted the hydraulic return line back to a pressure port…insane and dangerous. Except for the missing grease fittings the hardware appears to be ok.

Tech support dept is the worse i have ever had. I will not buy a product supported by this company.
