I thought the marketing campaign was convincing and I was not disappointed. I purchased the pro since it was convenient to have the suggested solution and was glad I did especially when I realized how little is used for each session. I appreciated the company follow-up emails that provided me all the answers to my questions. They were a welcome reminder of how to get started when I was ready. This product has cured me of the burning itching sensations I endured as part of dry eye syndrome. Now when I occasionally use drops, it's only 2 drops in each eye and I'm more refreshed than ever before. I wish everyone could try this product!

I ordered the Beminda eye mask out of desperation as I have tried all other routes to combat my dry eye. I was very sceptical that it would have any effect but to my surprise it has helped enormously. The item arrived in good time and was nicely packaged. I also ordered a few bottles of the solution ( one bottle goes a long way). I also appreciate all of the instruction emails etc that you get while waiting colour the item to arrive, it certainly makes it easier to use for the first time and to understand how often you should use the eye mask. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company.

I initially experienced an issue with my device after only a few uses, which was disappointing because I had already started noticing relief from my dry eye symptoms. I really appreciated that they listened to my feedback, stood behind their product, and worked with me to find a solution. It's clear they value their customers and are committed to continually improving their products and service. While my experience didn't start out perfectly, the way they handled it left me with a very positive impression. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Second Edit: Today i received the replacement unit. I haven't tried it yet but i cant be so unlucky that I'd get another faulty one. Customer service is fantastic! I do like the instructions, they are clear and easy to follow. The unit is seriously user friendly. Easy to clean . Easy to shut off the music. Only thing I found out is after charging the light stays on solid red never turns green. Not a deal breaker by any means. It flashes when charging and stays on solid once charged. Im glad I took a chance on this unit. I would recommend it. Edit: I Emailed the Company and they will be sending me another mask. I will update again once i receive it. Thank you. The left side of the mask doesn't steam as well as the right side. Barely anything comes out and its not consistent. Definitely not a fit issue I've made sure its even all the way around and if I completely take the mask off , I can see a visual difference. I also feel its not as warm on the left side either. I can feel the heat from the steam on the right but I cant feel it on the left. I thought it was going to be much warmer then it's getting. I'm using only the fluid that I purchased with it. I will say that the instructions are very easy to follow. Right side eye feels better. Left side still feels horribly dry. I also dont hear a ," ready" sound once its warmed up. I tried it with the music it came with and on silent. Im disappointed. I guess I expected it to be much warmer and of course, only I get one that doesn't seem to work correctly. Thank you Thats not a deal breaker though Update : working with the company now. Told me to flip it over on the side that isnt working and shake it. Then remove and reinstall the stopper. I'll be trying that tonight . I'll update again tomorrow.

I felt relief from my dry eyes after just two uses. Now I use it every day and hardly ever need to use my MGD drops! What a wonderful invention! I love the heat and steam combined. So relaxing and what a relief for my scratchy gritty dry eyes!

I love this. I'm experiencing real comfort to my eyes now. The redness and itchy eyes are now controlled with the use of this mask every morning.
