The Beminda eye mask doesn't get very warm - and the 'steam' condenses on the inside of the mask.... Not as warm as I was expecting based on the ads. Also, the mask sometimes drips water down your face - a little annoying. This also means that the water will stay insode the seals and has the potential to develop mold over time. The eye roller, is very nice, though.

Hi Tony, Thank you for such a detailed, thoughtful review — this is really helpful, and we want to make sure your experience matches what you expected. On the warmth: the mask should reach a noticeably warm, comfortable heat, so if yours is running cool, it may not be performing as it should. We'd love to take a look — please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll help troubleshoot or sort out a replacement. A little condensation on the inside is part of how the warm-steam therapy works, but it shouldn't be dripping down your face, so that's another thing we'd like to check with you. Your point about moisture and the seals is a fair one, and we appreciate you raising it. A quick wipe-down and letting the mask air-dry fully between uses keeps it fresh and prevents any buildup — if you email us, we're happy to send over our full care and cleaning guidance so it stays in great shape. And we're so glad the eye roller is a hit — thank you for that! We'd really like to get the mask living up to the same standard, so we hope to hear from you. Warm regards, The Beminda Team
