Hi Wayne, Thank you for a genuinely useful review. The point about silent mode is a fair one and we've passed it along to the team. Two things that might help in the meantime. The mask shuts itself off at the end of the session, so nothing keeps running past the 12 minutes even when you can't hear it finish. And a double-press of the power button brings the voice cues back, if you'd rather have the audible ending than the quiet. On the older mask, there's nothing to send back. It's yours to keep, or to pass on to someone who might get some use out of it. The Beminda team

Alexandra, you shouldn't have to guess at any of this after reading the manual twice. The missing getting-started video is our problem to fix, and the two plastic pieces clearly aren't explained well enough if you're having to infer it. On fit: facial shapes vary a lot from person to person, and we know our one-size frame doesn't seal equally well for everyone — particularly around the nose bridge. We include silicone fitting pads that can noticeably improve the seal and comfort; if you didn't receive them or would like a fresh set, email us at [email protected] and we'll send them out at no cost. A better seal often improves steam distribution too, which may help with the left-eye difference you noticed. That said, if one side is consistently heating 30–40% less even with a good seal, that may be a unit issue rather than a fit issue — and we'd want to make that right.
