Beloved creates the coolest fun-wear ever. Flying galaxy cat? Pink piglet? Perfect.

Had a Problem with shiüping that was impossible to be solved by myself, so I wrote a Mail to belovedshirts Support. I didnt get an answer, just the refund. Now i cant PayPal anymore, so I can order a shirt because i dont own a Credit card.

Love the products from this company, but the customer service needs some serious work. I've been trying to communicate with someone at the company for about 2 weeks now about a return and haven't received a response back. There's no phone number to call either. I'm sure if I had a normal return situation it could work smoother, but mine is a bit different. I'll spare the details here but a simple 5 minute response to my email would fix the situation... I purchased the crop-crop top. It was a hit! I got so many compliments on it, would purchase again. Soft material.

Love Beloved - high quality stuff! I've gotten many tank tops from them. The reason I didn't give 5/5 was because they got rid of all of the design options they used to have. It used to be a hobby of mine to just sit and click through all the options they had (it was highly entertaining). I don't see the harm in having everything listed when it's all made-to-order rather than sitting in inventory.

When you order a ready to ship in 7 days Christmas shirt a whole month before Christmas and pay $15 for 2 day shipping, you expect to recieve the shirt in a timely manner. I didn't get my shirt until 4 days after Christmas. What is the point of it then? It had one purpose. YOU HAD ONE JOB BELOVED SHIRTS. Do not order from this website if you have a timely expectation of receiving a shipment after paying for express shipping. If you have money to blow, and you don't care when you recieve the product, then sure, let Beloved Shirts rake in the money. If not, go shop elsewhere. Like Amazon. Who always ships on time.

The quality of the product was good. But I ordered my 2 items in November 2015 and they didn't arrive until January 2016. I understand it was the holidays but 2 months, when I'm paying alot to have it shipped, is way too long.
