I wrote the original review below, and since then, my order arrived. The blanket is so incredibly unique and gorgeous that I decided to edit my original review to make it more positive. Maybe the product was worth the wait after all. Here's my original review: I ordered a kitten blanket as a Christmas present for my son. I placed the order on November 30, 2015. As of this date, I am still waiting for what was supposed to be a Christmas present. I sent an email to Beloved a few weeks before the holidays to find out the status of my order. After waiting for about 10 days, I got a polite email in return with the promise that the present would arrive about one week after Christmas. As I said, I am still waiting. Honestly, if you know you cannot fulfill your orders on time, especially around the holidays, then let your customers know this up front.

I waited patiently over the Christmas period for my hoodie and when I received it I was disappointed. The design didn't line up on the side where the front and back meet. I sent a request for a return and full refund over 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back since.

I've had multiple bad experiences with Beloved. The only reason I keep coming back is because I like the quality of the tshirts. My most recent problem was when I placed an order on Black Friday November 27th. I did not receive my order till the day after Christmas and even then it was only part of my order. It took until January 13th (today as I write this) to receive the rest of my order. 47 days??? But this isn't the first time this has happened. The same thing happened last year as well. I've also had problems with sizing. I ordered a size Large tshirt and what I received had the dimensions of Medium. Sizing seems to vary and when I complained I was offered a refund but I had to pay to ship it back.

Great company with high quality stuff

Ok, Beloved is literally my favorite clothing site! I love wearing their creative clothes, although I haven't purchased many of the new selections. I've worn my combo-pizza Belovesie to school and a street fair in Carlsbad and always got so many compliments. It's a way to be stylishly unique, become your favorite food, and each item has amazing quality! Only suggestion would be to have more sales so I can get my hands on more gear!!!

I will say I received the product as ordered. Just don't expect any updates from the company on the status of your order until it actually ships. Several emails were ignored

Great place for unique gifts

I had placed an order for a ready to ship item. After a week of no update to my order or a shipment confirmation, I contacted customer service. It took five days and three emails to get a response in which they didn't apologize or even really answer my concerns. I did receive my order on time (meaning, the day before Christmas Eve), however, with their claimed ship times, then being in the same state as me, and their 'ready to ship' status on this item, it wasn't delivered 'on time' at all. Between their lack of customer service response time and inaccuracy of their item status, I will not be ordering from them again. I only gave it three stars because I was able to have the item ready for Christmas, but just barely.
