To start, I love this company. The products are awesome and I was beyond satisfied with my first order. However, the service of delivering the orders through has been poor. I ordered two items on Black Friday, guaranteed to arrive by Christmas (which did not happen), and it is now January 13th and the order is still unfulfilled. Because I don't like to complain I'll stop there but other than that, this company is really awesome!!

I wanted a shirt that they had recently taken out of their selections, so I called and told them I really wanted to order several and she put it back up on the site just so I could place my order.....then they took it off again. They do swell things like that!

I ordered 5 weeks before Christmas and got the shirt after Christmas. There should have been a warning before I placed order

Good sweaters, ordered to Canada. There was no indication that this was cash on delivery, had to spend an additional $62 to pick this up.

I've had multiple problems with this site. One time I hard ordered a shirt and was charged for it but never received it, then when I asked why they said they had no record of my purchase. The whole ordeal took over a week for them to figure out that they had never shipped or even made my item. Another problem I had was when I ordered something a month before Christmas and they said I'll have my purchase before then, but two days before Christmas I got an email saying my package will not arrive in time. That's not all, then when I tried to cancel my order nobody responded to me. I'm not exaggerating when I say I sent them 10 emails over the span of two weeks trying to get them to cancel my order so I can be refunded. This site is untrustworthy and even though they have some cool designs are not worth the outrageous extra money it costs for anything they make

I am in Australia, so I was sure to place my order nice and early (Nov 25th) so there was plenty of time for manufacture and Christmas transit delays. I first contacted Beloved on Dec 7th to ask why my order was still showing as "unfulfilled". A couple of days later I got a reply and was told that the manufacturer was catching up on all the holiday orders but that my order should be shipped in 2-3 days. He asked me to contact him if I didn't get confirmation in that time frame. I contacted via email again on Dec 11th to tell him that I was still waiting and really concerned. No reply. I made contact with Beloved through their website - no reply. I contacted via email again on the 14th when I still hadn't heard anything. No reply again. I again tried directly on the Beloved website. Nothing. My order eventually arrived on Dec 29th. Way too late for Christmas. I never did hear back from Beloved. I know Christmas is a busy time, but communication is the heart of good customer service and quite frankly, they suck at it. I had planned on buying a lot more from them for my daughters birthday but that won't be happening now. And all of her friends that ask where she got her cool tees from are being told to look elsewhere. It should also be noted that the photos used on their website to illustrate what you are buying are very misleading. They are photo shopped and therefore the print appears much clearer and brighter than it is in reality. Also, the cut of the shirt doesn't even appear to be the same.

This survey is the first I'm hearing from Beloved. I placed my onesie order a full month ago and have not been able to get any kind of status since then. The fact that there is no Customer Service number is telling. After Googling Beloved reviews and seeing the Better Business Bureau reports, I now see this is the norm for them. Can I please get a status on my order?

The products are unique and well made IMO, but I ordered a product on December the 1st and still have yet to receive it, or a status update from the company. They really need more staff, was disappointing not to have the product for christmas.
