Could not be happier with the customer service and product received. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was taken care of. So impressed with them.

Overall, my experience with Beloved Shirts was frustrating. My order was delayed multiple times, which the Beloved representative (Zac) told me was "rare." Knowing other people who have done business with Beloved and reading other reviews, I knew this was a straight up lie. I eventually got my shirt roughly 1.5-2 months after I was supposed to receive it. Compared to other people, I hear this isn't as bad (a friend of mine had his order for 1 shirt take 6 months last year). The end product was great, but it really isn't acceptable that they blatantly lie to the customer about when they will receive their order. On top of this, it takes a while to hear back from Beloved when you do inquire about your order.

Shipping takes too long but great products.

I love my Catsplosion shirt! Also this is finally a company that knows how to ship internationally! Customs declaration was on the outside of the parcel so that German customs could do their job and send it on to the rest of its journey without me having to pick it up at the office! :)

They basically made my shirt to the exact specifications detailed in my quote plus helped me receive a quality product with my precise details. One things that was interesting to note is that the color of the back of the shirt (white) and the front side (purple) were switched on the collar not sure if that is how it's supposed to be but it gives it a certain flair. My only issue was that the back print was printed onto the stitching of the shirt even though I specified against doing so and the shirt itself runs a little tight.

Took the sweater about 3 months to get to its destination but honestly it's probably ups fault. They were incredibly helpful and did their best to help me get my gift to my friend.

Great products, delivery time was a bit long but considering I'm on another continent thats no surprise. I will order again sometime.
