Helpful agent. Resolved issue

I had ordered these patio heaters before Christmas and the items were sold out. I was willing to wait for them and much to my surprise, I was given the sales price. Both heaters are a great winter addition to my patio. I was notified the items had arrived by email and received them promptly. Thank you. We will be shopping with you again.

This is a lovely piece of furniture. It did take us more than the suggested 80 minutes to put it together but overall it was OK. 2 pieces were miss labeled but we found the error soon enough not to cause a too much reworking. I only wish there was a light in both upper and lower sections. It looks odd for the light to only be in the top part. Also, ordering was difficult because the color swatches online were wrong; cherry color said walnut and vice versa. I had to cancel the order once so the correct color would ship.

Absolutely love my accent chairs and shipped quickly.

I had a bad experienced ordering furnitures online because the quality are not the same as shown in the pictures. But this accent chair that I ordered online is way better than the picture. I kept the tag and label for future reference if ever I plan to buy the furniture again. Few weeks ago my sister was asking me where did I get the accent chair? I helped her ordering furniture from your website Belleze, and she was very happy and excited about her new chair.

beautiful desk and fast shipping! very impressed. I immediately ordered a desk chair next

Excellent, thank you

Love how the product was packed for shipping. Easy assembly and perfect size for space needed. Fabric is really beautiful too.
