The fireplace heater on my new tv stand did not work. Customer service tried for a month to ship me a replacement. They were unsuccessful in finding a replacement part so I returned the stand. The tv stand however is well built from engineered wood and looks very nice.

On Amazon, Belleze states 100% satisfaction or your money back. It also says "eligilbe for return". When I received my baby blue accent chair that was supposed to be teal (according to Belleze), I found out that yes, it is returnable, but I had to pay to ship it back! Shipping would cost $245 for a $190 chair! Are you kidding??? Why don't you state that in your description on Amazon? Sounds like you don't want the consumer to know!~ And you should really have someone take a better look at the color blue and teal. Two different colors! Now I have a blue chair I can't do anything with! Lousy advertising.....deceptive descriptions. Don't buy Belleze.

When we were building the desk we noticed that there was two places where it was damaged. Both are dents on each drawer.

I paid $60 each which is a great deal and the poufs are beautiful and made well. This one was advertised as color orange, but it is actually a faded red. The picture does not show the accurate color, so if you want orange it's not even close. I wanted to return them, but ups wanted $80 each to ship back. Belleze offered me $25 refund total to just keep them. I would not have bought them in the first place if the color was advertised correctly. In response to your response: you advertise the color as "ORANGE", they are not orange. I did email back and forth several times and was told that I had to pay for the shipping myself. I would happily return them for a full refund if i don't have to pay $160 to get $130 back.
