When our sideboard arrived, we inspected all of the pieces to make sure everything was included and in good condition. During the inspection, we noticed that one of the back panels had two cracks, most likely caused during shipping. We contacted customer service to let them know about the issue, and they were extremely polite and apologetic about the damaged piece. They came up with a solution very quickly and shipped us a replacement within just a couple of days. We were very impressed with how quickly and professionally Belleze handled the situation. Things can occasionally get damaged during shipping, but what really matters is how a company takes care of the customer afterward. We would definitely order from Belleze again!

Even though one small piece of a large credenza came damaged, the company sent me a new product as the one piece was not in stock individually at the time. Hector, from the support team, was exceptional at providing quick service to resolve the issue. Amazing communication and very efficient and thorough problem solving.
