I purchased an office chair for my mom for her birthday and it arrived damaged. I have sent an email and called you all but have not received a response. I want a full refund of my money.

The cabinet is very nice for the money. Assembly wasn't too bad, easy to follow directions. I would recommend. I would buy again and was going to buy again but the price went up over $40 in a matter of a couple weeks and says it's the sale price. Me personally, I wouldn't pay $40 more than what I paid originally. Because of that, they lost not only a sale but, a customer as well.

I made an order last week for a piece of furniture that was junk, if I’m being honest. It was delivered in a broken box. The pieces were warped the wood was chipped, scratched and to make matters worse the box came with missing pieces. Furthermore, the box was taped up as it looked like this was a return someone didn’t want and it even said damaged on the side. So thanks for that. I am not sure if this is the standard that you offer as a company but this is appalling and unprofessional. I attempted to call your customer service to see if by any chance you would take ownership over the junk that I received instead of what i paid for. However, I kept getting a voicemail which made me realize I am not dealing with very organized people. At this time I have filed a dispute with my credit card company over the matter so I can get a full refund. I figured to write and let you know to see if you care enough to acknowledge my email, and take responsibility over the product you are sending out to people.
