I contacted the Bellez Furniture for partial credit toward my purchase of some items. Jasmine very quickly and professionally addressed my concerns. She was very helpful and attentive. I certainly consider this company for my future purchase.

I ordered a gift for my nephew and it was cracked in multiple spots. Alejandra Ochoa was super sweet (I always hate complaining or having to report issues) but she was so nice and I felt comfortable she helped me out right away and got everything rearranged quick and easy. Awesome customer service Alejandra is best!!!! Thank you so much for your help. Much appreciated!!!!’

I purchased a new TV stand from you. When I got it together I saw that the right front corner was damaged. I sent in a picture of the corner and was told that part wasn't in stock and you would send me a new item free of charge or a refund. I do not have to return the item. The customer service was rep was very understanding and got back quickly with the options available to me. I will definitely recommend your company to others.
