I look forward to ordering from Belleze exclusively from now on. Not only there product arrived on time, and packaged properly, but the extra part needed was expedited to me at no extra cost. Working with other companies, you often get placed on a looped phone system. Not in this case. My call was answered by a very helpful employee named Jun. Not only did he take the time to UNDERSTAND my issue, he contacted the parts department on my behalf to get them shipped to me. This is what customer service is about!!!! One can assess a lot from the manner of which an employee helps, the atmosphere of the company. They have my business. Dr. S
