I ordered a tv stand from them which was missing a part but as soon as I contacted customer service I spoke with Nick he was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience and with no problem Nick sent me a replacement with all the parts in the box thank you will Definitely be shopping again with them.

Wow is all I can say, thier customer service is second to none. We ordered a 26in fireplace insert. When we got it the flame function did not work so I called the 800 number right away. got a hold of a customer service rep named Cassandra Garcia she was absolutely amazing told me a couple things to try. Which sadly did not work. She told me to email her with the results and if it didn't work to send her a short video of our problem I was contacted back right away. and they're sending us a replacement at no cost to us customer service like this is hard to find this day and age thank you again so much and Cassandra Garcia if you are reading this you are a gem and a true asset to your company

Great customer service! My package came with a wrong part, and I wasn’t able to finish building my desk. But customer service responded to my email so quickly and handled everything well. The desk itself is absolutely beautiful and exactly as expected. Sturdy, strong, and seems reliable! It is extremely heavy though despite it coming in two packages, so have a friend help you.

The tv stand turned out great. Took me about 2 hours to put together but did it by myself. Will need a screwdriver, everything else included. I had one screw that the head was not made properly (top was flat instead of having place to insert screwdriver) but luckily had a spare from my toolkit that was a perfect replacement. TV looks great on top of cabinet with plenty of room for game consoles and DVD player, sliding doors keep lots of stuff hidden. Middle shelf is not adjustable but both side shelves within cabinet are. I saw this same product in a few bulk store sites during my search but I’m glad I ordered direct from the company. Shipping was super fast and I saved with a welcome coupon.
