Product shipped fast and was great quality. The instructions were super easy to read. It took me and my 4 yo grandson an hour to put it together. Don’t be fooled though, it’s heavy because it’s wood. It looks great once it’s together.

Great packaging and timely delivery. No crack and broken parts. Great stylish product. Even come with spare kit for screw etc.

The delivery came a day before it was expected, and the box was in good shape, always a good sign. We were able to assemble it, although getting the drawer slides/glides was the most difficult. I would have loved a more detailed explanation added to the pictures. Once I corrected my errors, the drawers fit perfectly...nothing like 'reading' the pictures more carefully.

These people did not honor the warranty. I tried on several occasions to get parts. No response by email. No answer by phone. Still almost 2 years and no resolution. Out $169.99

I purchase the Lenore 70-inch fireplace mantle with electric fireplace. One of the shelves was damage with shipping however customer service was prompt to replace. There is definitely gaps where the shelves attaches to the casing. Also the hardware or screws that the book shelf attaches to the mantle was not long enough. I had to purchase longer screws and nuts to make the book shelves attach to the mantle. You also have to make your own holes in the back of the mantle to attach the electric fireplace. Over all my wife and i are happy with our purchase.
