The instructions were great, better than other furniture pieces I have put together. You need to go slow and follow the instructions/drawings/pictures. There are no missing parts, and extras were supplied just in case.

Extremely poor customer service. I received Valencia Accent Chair per order #B1238, with a finger size hole on side of the chair. I contacted Belleze over email, and they offered to partial refund on this order, but I declined and requested to replace the chair. To my surprise I didn't receive any response even after sending 2 reminders. Update: I received the response and they replaced the chair. The chair look great.
