4th time staying at Bellevue in Alcudia. 2 adults for 9nights booked with jet2. Stayed in studio overlooking the main strip out towards the old city. Checking was easy and helpful, short walk to our block about 10mins ( quicker without our cases) room was clean, 2 beds, 2hob cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge. Kettle was missing the prongs for plug went down to reception at 3 and new was brought up and hour later. Room cleaned 3 times during week which is more than enough. Used upstairs restaurant most of the week, and down stairs a couple of times. Food was simple always plenty and a variety of choices. Ate breakfast and evening meal as was off site most days at lunch. Jet2 staff and site staff were helpful and available. Booked for next year already.

The most horrible hotel we have ever been to , food was -10 end up eating in local restaurants , bar man at the mini disco - Angelo rude obrupt with no culture absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to I wouldn’t give this food to my 🐶

Can I just say for a start all the bad reviews are from people that expect more than what they paid for its 3 star hotel and functions as one have been here multiple times for a family holiday and never had an issue food is pretty decent limited options but again its 3 stars if you want a 5 star resort go book one and stop complaining as for mosquitoes everywhere in alcudia has them or would you like someone to follow you around with a fly swatter

Well what can I say other than we WILL NEVER RETURN. My daughter (8) went on the water slides, the green one with a bend, to be exact. The water jets were that fast, its thrown her straight into the side of the slide after the bend, causing a severe dental trauma. - an adult tooth thats had to be removed back in the UK, and a care plan until isabelle is 20 years old. AND there was NO LIFEGUARD PRESENT! Because he was with another person who cut their foot open on the same slide. The hotel could not of cared less. I told them what happened and their response was "and?"... as my daughter was 'unfit to fly' due to a 'head injury' jet2 said, we needed further accommodation for 1 more night to get a fit to fly form. The hotel made us pay full price for another room at 9pm at night, taking away our all inclusive package also, so no food. And kicked us out at 12pm next day (15 hours total, not 24). Made us sit in reception until we needed to leave for the airport. They never once offered my daughter anything whilst sat for 5 hours in reception, no water, pillow (as she slept so much from the trauma and couldn't eat), they just stared. Ive had no response from them regarding my complaint, they really just couldnt care!!! And for travel insurance, we did have it. But we was still €900 down in medical bills, taxis, prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief, extra accommodation, food. Took 4 weeks to claim back. We will never return here.

Doesn't worth it its very old not well maintained. The deluxe 2 bedroom apartment was bad and not well maintained. Also had to run to get the cleaners to give new towels it was very dirty. They are understaffed so can't expect much. It's price too high for what it is Forget about the restaurant no food left and also very dirty again understaffed. The pools were OK Thi k twice when booking. I booked 15 of September till 22nd it cost too much. Very disappointed

NO LO RECOMIENDO. Instalaciones: Viejo, con lavado de cara barata y de malos materiales. Realicé más de 10000 pasos todos los dias, entre ir al buffet y mi habitación. En mi habitación una gotera en el aseo. Comunicada 3 veces, mojó todo ,tuve que comprar yo papel higiénico y recoger el agua, no acudieron nunca. Buffet: A eso no se le puede llamar buffet. 4 platos a elegir y repetitivos. A lo que dan no se le puede llamar alimentos, es más adecuado llamarlo sucedáneo de alimentos. Ejemplo: Es difícil que una carne de hamburguesa sea NO comestible, pues ellos lo consiguen es puré de algo con forma redonda. Teníamos todo incluido pues sólo acudimos a los desayunos y los cafés eran de maquinas expendedoras. Los zumos también de maquina expendedora. Leche de maquina expendedora. Agua del grifo pero también en máquina expendedora. Fuimos a 2 comidas y 3 cenas, con la esperanza de que hubiera algo nuevo o más comestible. Las bebidas alcohólicas de dudosa procedencia no tienen ni sello. Los de recepción son muy jóvenes y no te solucionan nada. Pagas depósito por el mando de la televisión. No hay información de ninguna cosa en ningún lado. Es mentira lo de 4 restaurantes. Es un buffet, y uno que llaman italiano que sólo puedes cenar todos los días lo mismo y es por reserva. El horario del bar de 11:00 de la mañana a 17:30 no 18:00 . La piscina un desmadre. Colchonetas,hamacas dentro de la piscina, flotadores, gente con mal comportamiento saltando, con balones, y bebidas en el interior, hamacas dentro de la piscina .Uso fuera del horario.. No tienen aceras, las calles con poca iluminación.Los socorrista sentados con sus bebidas y a su bola. Llevad coche o vais a andar como nunca. No tienen plazas de parking para minusválidos. No tienen cargadores de coches eléctricos. Estuvimos desde un martes hasta el sábado y no entró el servicio de limpieza, tuvimos que buscarla para pedir toallas, vaciar la papelera y sábanas ya que las utilizamos para recoger el agua de la gotera. No hay seguridad. Entra quien quiere. Hasta los chicos del top manta ponen un mercadillo... productos falsos en el interior y se pasean ofreciendo de todo por las piscinas. Eso sí, la policía local sin uniforme si que van al buffet a picotear algo .... Los que llevan uniformes, les sacan lo que piden. (Los recoge vasos, no son camareros...) Huele mal del agua estacanda del río artificial. En el espectáculo de la noche,no se puede estar. La gente con sus propias velas anti mosquitos y productos comprados por ellos . Una vela pequeña( Que convenientemente la vendían allí, al lado del escenario) ,8 euros te cobran. Personal: No son profesionales ni los trabajadores del buffet,ni recepción,ni socorrista, mal vestido,con el móvil, escondidos en los aseos,sentados con su bebidas,de Gigoló con las clientas... Un desastre,unos de los peores sitios que he estado. Soy profesional de la hostelería, tengo estudios de hostelería FP de 2° grado 5 años en la escuela de hostelería de Benidorm y Castellón. Profesional en seguridad privada actualmente con la titulación de director de seguridad y más. Fui con mi mujer que tenemos la edad de 46 años y mis suegros 74 años. Estuvimos en septiembre del 8 al 13 del 2025.

Genuine review. Old and run down but perfect for self catering and normal use of then room. Overall clean. A week all inclusive would be a struggle.

Understandably this hotel is 3 star and I can see why as I think it could just be scraping by at that. The rooms are lovely, and they are clean on arrival however on our floor there must have been an issue with getting ours cleaned during the stay as for the first 4 days no cleaner came and I had to go down to the desk and request this, after my complaint I thought a cleaner would come more often to our room but how wrong I was. I had to go down to the reception to request more bedding, towels and toilet paper. The entertainment was ok, the staff at the entertainment were brilliant and very lovely people. However the drinks are shocking, you are given a cup full of their finest paint stripper labelled vodka and the only beer available is Amstel, we didn’t like the Amstel served warm with no fizz but there was no other beer option. I noticed Kopperberg in the fridge and asked for one of them and they said yes but you must pay for that, so even though I had paid all inclusive everything behind the bar was absolutely not all inclusive should you want Kopperberg, Desperados or anything else they had in a bottle or a can then you must pay extra. The food is terrible! We went all inclusive and unless you want cheep frozen pizza and chips or watery scrambled egg hold on to your cash and go self catering. The rooms advertised with a beautiful pool and beach views, we had a large over grown tree and a walk to the nearest pool, which leads me onto the state of the pools, we used the Deluxe pool when we come to know this was cleaner and much more looked after, however the other pools on the complex was filthy with tab ends floating in them. One night we sat on our balcony late on and one of us laughed slightly loud and the security came up to tell us to be quiet, however the resort had booked many students into the complex the same time that was throwing at ice cubes at people from the balcony’s including at children and setting their apartments on fire. Nothing was done about this until it continued to escalate and they smashed some of the sun lounged and trashed a pool and apartment block.
