I got what I wanted and it works the way I expected The Napoleon NEFL65LCD - 3SV 65" virtual gives me a beautiful flame with the crackling and noise of a regular fireplace...exactly what I wanted. Don't waste your money. This is what you will enjoy.

Turned out to be the best experience. We did not know much about Belle Flame. Their price for the Buck Homesteader wood stove was way lower then competitors so we could not resist going through them. Belle Flame was PERFECT. They answered all our messages within less than an hour or two and are still answering our questions. The stove arrived in 11 days , we are way up North and they are way down South. BTW, we love the stove. Check it out at Knetter's Practical Outdoors.

Arrived undamaged, proper shipping technique, easy installation, started as explained in directions, no problems yet. I wish product included driftwood pieces and the flame looked more realistic.
