August 13, 2025 I ordered and paid for a standing ceramic fireplace stove with 2 floor pads, the marble inlay and replacement cover kit. I received the fireplace and one floor pad but not the other products. For almost three months I have been texting and trying to get my money back for all of the products they did not send me. They promised they would refund the $680,30 they owe me, but I have not received a check, Venmo or Cash App refund to this day. I have full documentation and copies of over two dozen emails asking for my money back because “they didn’t have the products”. Belle Flame has not kept their word. They have my money and I have no products.

I placed an online order for a tankless water heater with Belle Flame for $2,013.14 on 8/21/2025. After contacting them for an update, I was told that it would ship on 9/08/25. After checking with them again on 9/10/25, I was told it would now ship on 9/23/25. They tried to offer me an inferior water heater as a substitute. I then checked with them again on 9/23/25 after not receiving the order or hearing from them. They did not respond. I contacted them again on 9/30/25 and asked to cancel the order. They responded on 9/30/25 to say that the order would be canceled. I received the cancellation notice via email that day, which also stated that my payment had been refunded.  After not receiving the refund, I contacted them again on 10/8/25 to ask when the refund would be processed. They responded on 10/9, stating that they sent a confirmation of the cancellation. I let them know I had received the notice but had not received the refund.  After not hearing from them yet again, I contacted them on 10/13/25 to let them know that I've reached the limit of my patience. They responded that day, stating, "We apologise for the inconvenience. Recently we have changed our payment merchant for which some of the refund are going through. But we have already refunded this from ours end. If you contact with the bank and address the issues to them, it will be fixed." I have filed a dispute with my bank and with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, but have yet to receive any refund or further response from Belle Flame. It is now Nov. 3rd! Shop at your own risk!!

I ordered some Gas Firepit logs from them because they had the best price. When i placed the order they said it would be delivered in 4 to 12 days. After a month I contacted them to see status of order. They said it was being sent out in two days. After 3 days I sent email to get a tracking number and got no response. After no response I decided to cancel the order, so I sent another email telling them that. Still did not get a response, so I tried calling the 800 number and it just went to voicemail. I then found a local number and a guy immediately picked up the phone. I asked about status of order and he confirmed they had cancelled the order. I then ordered the same product from a more reputable company and received it in less than a week.

They will ship you order whenever they feel like it 2, If you want to track the order --dont bother!Instead of providing tracking from thier website - they want you to use some 3rd party smartphone app that is 100% usesless 3. Need help via phone?? Dont bother! They never answer voice mail messages never get returned.

I had the same experience as many others— they falsely stated the product would be delivered soon after ordering then repeatedly lied about availability and delivery date for months until I finally cancelled. Not a legit company!

SCAM ALERT!! I purchased a propane tankless water heater instead of natural gas unit by accident. When I went to install it I realized my mistake and reached out to Belle Flame to return the unit per their policy. They were very slow to respond and did not help in returning the unit so I filed a claim through my credit card company. Once I filed the claim they agreed to return the unit and sent me a packing slip. I mailed the unit back to them and they have ghosted me since. I tracked the return and saw that it was delivered back to them but they have not refunded my money or responded in any way. This company is a scam. STAY AWAY!!

Waited 2 weeks with no communications from company and no updates on my order. Finally reached out and was told it would ship on Monday. Reached out again on Monday and was reaffirmed it would ship, at end of day it hadn’t shipped so I requested they cancel the order and refund me. I received an automated email that my order was canceled and I’m now on day 4 of waiting for a refund that I think I’ll have to dispute with my card issuer.

I ordered a product in August. The website says delivery days are between 4 and 10 business days. After 45 days, I still haven't received the product even though my credit card was charged. Despite calling 10 times to ask what's going on, I was told they don't have the product and I still haven't received the credit card. Beware of this company. In my opinion, it is not reliable. arie brikmn
