Good price on the Primo XL grates
Good price on the Primo XL grates. Shipping took a long while. More communication would have been great.

Ultimately a success
The barbecue was slow to ship and the first two times it arrived broken. I guess these ceramic bbqs are just very fragile given the weight. BUT - 1) I'm not sure whether that's on belleflame or the shipper and 2) more importantly, Lionel in support was great, and worked with us to get the shipment re-issued both times, and it ultimately got here safely.

Finally received a good product!
First shipment didn’t get shipped out in timely manner as they said it would. Had to get 2 replacements because of poor packaging causing damage, but Lionel was able to finally get me a good replacement. Would give 5 stars if they would have shipped in the timeframe they told me before I ordered.

Communication and Product
Realize in advance that EM will be primary communication, as reaching by phone will result in having to leave a VM, and then receiving response by EM. Ultimately they resolved all of the issues of delayed delivery, and slight damage, and the product is as represented. Very happy with the Broil-King BBQs we ordered.

The shipping took awhile longer than…
The shipping took awhile longer than the website description. I had to follow up with the company 2 times but when I finally got the fire balls they were great. Thanks!

Primo grill delivered as promised
Primo grill was delivered as promised. The communication and delivery could have been better, but the company did help me resolve an issue with my grill after the sale. Overall, I would recommend them.

quick reply to missing piece
out of stock piece ordered, didn't come with the initial delivery. appreciated the quick reply to inquiry, but would have been nice to have been notified before i had to ask. everything is on good shape now.
