It took 7 days to ship after the order and another 7 days for the shipment. The item arrived in San Jose after 14 days from the order. Local company held it for 4 days without contacting for the delivery schedule until I forced to delivery on the 5th day. The total number days was almost 20 days. The local delivery company was holding onto the item without making a delivery attempt. The delivery is the main issue.

Ordered a DuraVent chase cover. My CC was charged. Never received any communication. Followed up only to be sent to the customer service black hole. Update: Apparently I neglected to give an email address, hence no order confirmation - so my bad. I still had difficulty getting anyone to respond to my phone calls, so certainly, they could work on that. They now say my item is shipping tomorrow. So I've updated my rating to a three, as the order process was easy.

Amended Review: originally gave Belle Flame one star for lack of communication and length of order being processed and shipped. I placed an order 35 days ago. I heard from them today saying it’ll be 2/3 more weeks. I am ok with that. I’m excited to receive my purchase and really did not want to cancel. Thank you Lionel at BelleFlame for returning my email. Once order is received I’m sure I’ll update my review.

My order was processed very quickly and was delivered on a timely basis but the grill grate I ordered was described on the website as having a porcelain finish and instead was stainless steel.

Took a long time for the burner for my triangle glass tube heater to arrive and when it did was not the same size as the original. Fortunately I was able to modify the holes to center the burner directly under the glass tube.

It took 13 business days to receive the product. I asked for an update 8 business days into my order and it took 2 days to get a response. So it was slightly late and had a late response which created enough stress to give you 3 stars instead of 5.
