While shopping online for an electric fireplace, I found Belle Flame. They seem to be a smaller company leveraging technology in order to keep their overhead and pricing low. Lionel was helpful and was able to provide status on the order all the way thru shipping. Item arrived safe and on time and did I mention they have the best pricing!!? Thanks Belle Flame!

I was replacing a pool heater and needed a transitional type B flexible, expandable pipe from the heater to the chimney stack. I searched 10 websites and none of the companies had this part. Belle Flame had it in stock and I received it 3 days later, as promised. The price was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

We had a few kinks to work through, but everything has been taken care of and I received my Primo Grill as promised. Moni was extremely helpful on chat and Lionel, the owner, took care of everything as promised. I'm happy.

I ordered a trim kit for a linear fireplace during a holiday weekend. Belle Flame responded to my order and had the shipment headed my way in just a couple of days. The trim kit was well packaged and Belle Flame communicated with me each step of the way.

The communication with Belle Flame and the timing of when deliveries will arrive is a little choppy, but trust the process. I ordered a $1600 outdoor fridge and it was delivered about 2 weeks after the order. The product is great, as advertised, and works perfectly. Belle Flame seems like a mom and pop operation, but the savings were massive (20% cheaper than any other online seller) and I couldn't be happier. It was worth the wait!

I would like to give them 6 stars. They have the best price and they kept their words of delivering our fireplace within 1 week of ordering. We ordered a dimplex electric fireplace on their flash sale. There were other companies on the internet showing the product in stock but after ordering they say will take 4-6 weeks for delivery. I called and ask them if the item was in stock and if we can can get it within the following week. The item was delivered and we received everything what was ordered in perfect packaging. My experience with them was best. We won’t hesitate to use this company again. Thank you for all your help.
