I searched many sites for the same product and landed on the best price at Belle Flame during a sale. The free shipping and returns was also a reason to make them my choice. I purchased the 60'' Dimplex Bold electric fireplace and had to return it for the 74''. Lionel was my agent and made it easy and provided excellent customer service. My choice in where I bought the product made my experience even better! Thank you, Lionel.

Bella Flame was very easy to work with and super flexible with helping me change my order and find the right fireplace for me (even though I knew nothing about fireplaces). I had very specific needs for my home and they were able to help. The price was also hundreds less than the closest competitor I could find!

The best customer service! Lionel was a huge help in assisting me with a part that I needed to replace due to some construction damage. He kept me consistently updated on shipping and delivery. I really appreciate this level of support!

The firebox was shipped very timely but due to a miscommunication between my husband & I, was sent back to the company. Lionel helped track down the item & get it delivered. He followed up to make sure I got the firebox, too. Great customer service!
