I ordered two blouses, both size medium. One is smaller than a small I ordered and the other is larger than the XL I ordered. Both were Christmas gifts to too late to do anything but give it to the gal so she has something to open and then give them to a tiny and a large person and purchase her something else later. :(

It is now 7 days since I placed my order. I was promised shipping 5 days ago which didn’t happen. I was given no reason for the delay. I was told yesterday it would ship that day priority. Today I heard from them and it’s now “ the shipping department is working as fast as it can” I am extremely frustrated. There is absolutely no reason for it to take this long to ship. They should have stopped advertising it if they were getting so over whelmed. Terrible way to treat customers

It’s so nice to call on a Sat. afternoon when you make a mistake on an online order and you get a sweet helpful American voice that canceled my order in seconds!! Ordered several things for Christmas presents and love the quality of everything!! ☺️❗️

Great customer service and response time. One cardigan I received had a small hole above the pocket. It wasn’t worth returning it and waiting on another one. I was able to mend it myself. Otherwise,excellent service!

Beautiful Sweaters! The Sweaters were gorgeous. Definitely would recommend. The Packing was a little wonky, both sweaters were just crammed in small box-but in the end, all was fine

Terrible Order a Sweater on November 23, you claimed It was on its way on December 4 and then on December 6 I received a email stating my money was refunded. No explanation, I called them and then they said sweater was never in stock. It took 13 days to tell me sweater was out of stock!
