I placed my order and then decided I wanted a different size. I emailed the company and they immediately responded and took care of the change. The sweater I received was perfect. Exactly as pictured. I love it.

Updated Review: I am updating my review because I did finally get emails regarding my order (and an apology.) Since I ordered two items, the item that was is stock did arrive on Christmas Eve and it is a nice sweater. I would purchase from this site again, but not when I need the product for a Christmas gift. Original Review: Poor experience with this site. No communication about delayed shipping. Poor response when inquired about shipping. Waited a whole week to let me know the item I ordered for a Christmas present was out of stock (even after I received a confirmation that it was being shipped out!) Not ready for the traffic it received at the holidays and had very poor customer service in response to their difficulties.
