Not impressed. I had to return some items that didn’t work for me, one being a pair of white jeggings. I got an email saying I wasn’t getting a refund because they were dirty... I never wore them aside from trying them on in the bedroom....

Nice clothes, but terribly sized. I wear a medium in everything. The two tops I bought recently were the equivalent of an XS/S. Easy return process though.

Love the different clothes they offer, not the same thing over and over but the sizing is inconsistent between brands and that's a bummer. I've had to make several return, but at least that is an easy process. Shipping is super fast and cheap. I like that you can earn rewards but can only use them in their stores not online. I don't live there, so don't get to take advantage.

Beautiful clothing, great selection and prices. Easy to find something for everyone. Highly recommend.

Ordered a medium and was sent an EXTRA SMALL. Called to see if I could have the correct size rush shipped to me for my event and it was a no as if I should now suffer for this company’s mistake.

Purchased a dress for a wedding this past March. It had a sheer overlay with a deep V neckline. Fabric is great quality and fit exactly as expected. The only down fall was the liner to the dress is a little short. I am around 5' 8" with a long torso so it just barely covered my back side, but was still wearable! Overall a great dress and would buy again!

My fiancé and I have engagement pictures this coming weekend (today is Friday). I ordered a beautiful dress from here and it arrived on time and was even more perfect for the occasion in person than I expected. However, the dress was too small. I was beyond upset. I called the store and even though they only offer expedited or regular shipping they went it of their way to overnight it to me. I am forever thankful and l will definitely be shopping from here time and time again! Thanks again Bella Ella Boutique!
