Terrible Customer Service - The Customer's Never Right
The clothing is decent, but they completely lack in the customer service area. I recently had a package in which they put the wrong address on it. They blamed PayPal. I have no other issues receiving packages in which I use PayPal to verify my info nor did I have a problem with a previous order from this company. If your address shows correctly on a shipping confirmation, you should be able to receive a package successfully. If they mess up the address their solution to you will be to tell you to retrieve your packages from the other address. If you don't mind hunting down your clothes from an unknown address, then you may like this company.
